In this section you will find key information on our prices, availability and how to make a booking with us.
* All prices are in EUROS.
* Please note there is a final clean payable at the end of your stay of €90 which is payable locally.
* Prices exclude tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (14 years and older)
CANCELLATION TERMS:
* The prices below are NON REFUNDABLE ie once the payment is made there is no refund.
* If you need more flexibility and want to cancel up to 21 days before your arrival this is possible and the price increases by 10%.

Booking InformationMake a booking enquiry
Please note the following information regarding bookings:
- Prices are based on 4 persons sharing.
- Prices do not final clean or tourist tax (adults only)
- The rates includes all electricity and heating .
Notes:
There is an obligatory final clean which is payable locally at €90 per stay and tourist tax of €1.50/person/day
Payment
Bookings can be made by email or telephone, booking conditions and payment methods will be sent to you on request of your booking. We can accept credit cards (via paypal), bank transfer and payments in Euro or Sterling (at the prevailing exchange rate).
Arrival and Departure
Departure is by 10 am and arrival between 4pm to 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm please let us know in advance. Changeover day is normally Saturday but we are flexible. Stays of less than one week will be considered, please contact us with your requirements.
Deposit/ payments
For non refundable bookings: the full amount is due at the time of booking.
For flexible bookings: on reservation a 30% non refundable deposit is requested with the balance paid 7 days in advance of arrival.
